Friday, May 22nd

6:30pm

Friday night dinner at 2800 N Lakeshore Drive Condos

Saturday, May 23rd

10:00am	Aufruf at Oak Park Temple (1235 N Harlem Ave, Oak Park, IL 60302) We will be celebrating our wedding with an aufruf at Noah’s family’s synagogue, Oak Park Temple. This is a time for Noah and Sydney to be called to the Torah prior to the wedding. The community service will also include a Bar Mitzvah.
2:15pm	Wendella Boat Cruises (400 N Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60611) Sydney/Noah will be aboard the 2:15pm tour (90-Minute Chicago River Architecture Tour) If you’re interested in joining, go ahead and book tickets in advance: https://wendellaboats.com/products/90-minute-chicago-river-architecture-tour
4:00pm	Check in available at Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile & The Gwen hotel

Sunday, May 24th

7:15am	Everyone getting hair & makeup done arrive at Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile
7:30am	Hair & Makeup services begin see full schedule below
7:45am	Breakfast and lunch delivered from Left Coast for the bridesmaids
11:15am	Groomsmen arrive at Mark & Evelyn Segal’s suite at Marriott to relax and hang out with Noah Lunch delivery organized by Jordan Dubin (best man) for the groomsmen
11:30am	Photographers arrive at Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile
12:15pm	ALL hair and makeup completed Sydney & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits Ohana Events (Jenna) arrives at the hotel
12:30pm	Sydney, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately Noah is fully dressed at this time, besides jacket for getting ready shots
1:00pm	Sydney’s informal first look with bridesmaids in the getting ready suite
1:10pm	Sydney’s informal first look with dad in the getting ready suite Noah & Photographer 2 (Alana) make their way to Sydney’s suite
1:20pm	First look in the getting ready suite private vows read at this time
1:30pm	Trolley arrives on-site Wedding party boards the trolley with all personal belongings, floral, snacks/drinks etc.
1:45pm	S&N head to lobby to join wedding party and board the trolley to head to Wrigley Building
1:55pm	Photos at Wrigley Building / River walk begin
2:25pm	Photos are completed, everyone reboards Trolley
2:30pm	Trolley heads from Wrigley Building to Green Line (clark & lake) for photos on the train → planner stays on shuttle to get to venue with all personal items, photo takes train with wedding party
2:35pm	Wedding party takes photos while on the train to Damen stop
3:15pm	Trolley is at Damen Stop ready for pick up of wedding party
3:30pm	Wedding party arrives at Salvage One Additional portraits / wedding party photos on 2nd floor
3:50pm	Family begins arriving at Salvage One
4:00pm	Mini rehearsal ran by Ohana Events
4:15pm	Family pictures begin (outdoors if weather permits)
4:45pm	All family photos completed Family involved in Ketubah signing head up to the 2nd floor
5:00pm	Guests begin arriving to Salvage One Private Ketubah Signing (with wedding party and immediate family + grandparents) on the 2nd floor → witnesses = Audrey Klepser & Sammy Levy
5:30pm	Ceremony begins in outdoor courtyard
6:00pm	Cocktail hour begins
7:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited upstairs to reception
7:15pm	Sydney & Noah are introduced into the room & the band begins the Hora!
7:30pm	Hora ends & all guests are asked to take their seats
7:40pm	Welcome and toast by parents of the bride (Julie & Ross)
7:50pm	Blessing of the wine/Breaking of the bread by Audrey, Tamar, and Sarah
7:55pm	First course is served
8:15pm	Once salads are plated, parents of the groom (Evelyn & Mark) are invited to speak
8:30pm	2nd band dance set begins starting with special dances
9:00pm	Guests are invited to take their seats for dinner
9:10pm	Entrees are served
9:30pm	After all entrées are plated, speeches begin: 1. Michael 2. Naomi & Rebecca 3. Jordan
10:00pm	Open dance floor!
11:30pm	Party’s Over!! All personal decor items are stored in Salvage One’s offices

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE:

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed the day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair. IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair). There will no blow dry or blowout services provided. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– If you plan to style your natural curls, please arrive with your hair dry & curly
– It is recommended to moisturize at least 30 minutes prior to your makeup application. Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them
– Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication if wanted

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Sydney’s Crew!

– Sydney will be providing getting ready outfits for the morning, so please arrive in comfy clothes, but know you’ll be changing!
– Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/jewelry/undergarments/shoes
– Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
– Please steam your attire before Sunday, Sydney will have a portable steamer you can borrow.

Noah’s Crew!

– ALL Wedding day attire pieces: Bring brown leather dress shoes (oxford or similar), socks, brown leather belt to match shoes, white button down dress shirt, and brown 2-piece suit. Ties & pocket squares will be provided by Noah!
– Feel free to wear a watch, just please no smart watches
– Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
– Jordan: Reminder to have speech materials ready for wedding day! Also, you’re responsible for organizing lunch on Sunday!
