Friday, October 31st

3:00pm	Check in available at The Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago
5:00pm	Ceremony Rehearsal in Grand Park 3rd Floor ballroom at The Westin
6:30pm	Rehearsal dinner / Welcome Party at Gibson’s Bar & Steakhouse

Saturday, November 1st

7:00am	All ladies getting hair & makeup done arrive at The Westin – Crowne Suite/Parlor Hair stylist & Makeup artist arrives for setup
7:20am	Hair + makeup services begin see full schedule below
7:30am	Breakfast delivered from the hotel for the ladies
10:00am	Groomsmen arrive at The Westin Michigan Ave location to relax and hang out with Brian Lunch delivered from potbelly for the bridesmaids & the groomsmen
10:30am	Becky & Julie’s H&MU services are done They head to the girls room for getting ready photos with Tori & will get dressed after
11:30am	ALL hair and makeup completed Tori & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits
11:45am	Tori and Brian read notes / exchange gifts from one another Write the last line of your vow books for photo/video purposes
11:55am	Becky & Nikki help Tori put on her wedding dress Bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately Portraits of bride to follow
12:30pm	Tori’s first look with bridesmaids in the getting ready suite Anthony is waiting outside of Tori’s suite ready for first look
12:40pm	Tori’s first look with her dad in the getting ready suite
12:55pm	Brian & Photo 2 (Gianna) & Video 2 (David) head to Cancer Survivors’ Garden via Uber
1:00pm	Trolley arrives on-site Wedding party heads down to the lobby to board the trolley Jmar is in charge of the foam cooler with alcohol, water bottles and ice inside
1:10pm	Trolley departs with Tori & wedding party to first look location
1:25pm	First look at Cancer Survivors’ Garden Private vows read at this time Wedding party stays on transportation until after first look
1:50pm	Wedding party joins T&B for photos
2:40pm	Wedding Party pictures are completed Trolley departs the garden and heads to Adler Planetarium
2:50pm	A few photos begin at Adler Planetarium lakefront
2:55pm	Parents, lil Ant & Diana head to venue via Ubers
3:05pm	Wedding party photos completed Trolley departs Adler Planetarium & heads to Revel Motor Row
3:20pm	Wedding party arrives at Revel Motor Row & heads to bridal suite to drop belongings Family begins arriving at Revel Motor Row for family photos
3:30pm	Ohana Events has wedding party & family practice standing in ceremony spots
3:40pm	Marissa (Sage’s babysitter) arrives & Sage at Revel Motor Row Once pictures with Sage are done, Marissa will handle her until it’s time to walk down the aisle. Once at RMR, she’ll hang with Sage in the Groom or Bridal suite
3:45pm	Family pictures begin at front of ceremony Flower girls arrive on-site at 4pm
4:00pm	2 Guest Shuttles arrive at The Westin for transportation to wedding venue
4:15pm	ALL photos completed Wedding party gets tucked away in bridal suite prior to ceremony Guest shuttles depart The Westin & head to Revel Motor Row for ceremony
4:30pm	Guests begin arriving Ushers/Program Passers (Brandon & Chris) go to ceremony site Grandparents are pre-seated
5:00pm	Ceremony begins
5:25pm	Immediately following end of ceremony pictures begin at the chuppah Marissa is on-site to take Sage home after Sage walks down the aisle
5:30pm	Cocktail hour begins inside Mercer & Lincoln rooms
7:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into Packard room
7:20pm	Introductions into the room begin with wedding party
7:30pm	Welcome and toast by parents of the bride, Anthony & Becky
7:35pm	Blessing by Diana
7:40pm	Dinner service begins
7:50pm	Once salads are plated, parents of groom, Julie & Jack, are invited up to speak
8:40pm	After all entrées are plated, speeches begin: 1. Randy 2. Nikki
9:00pm	Special dances begin Guests are invited to join the open dance floor! Continuous shuttle begins to The Westin (on the hour – 9pm, 10pm, 11pm, 12am, 1/1:30am)
9:30pm	Brian & groomsmen sneak away for cigar photos
11:00pm	Reception is over! After party in the Kissell room on 2nd floor!!
1:00am	After Party is over!! 🙁 Tori’s parents are responsible for cards/gifts going home at the end of the night! All items go into Tori’s parents car & leftover items are stored Jack’s work truck
1:30am	Final shuttle departure Valet & coat check service ends

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE:

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed the day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair. IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair). There will no blow dry or blowout services provided. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– It is recommended to moisturize at least 30 minutes prior to your makeup application. Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

DON’T FORGET TO BRING…

Ladies!

– Tori will be providing getting ready outfits the night before, so please arrive in those outfits in the morning!
– Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments & black heels
– Ladies are encouraged to bring black jackets and gloves on the trolley to have between photos outside
– Please make sure to bring & wear the gifted pearl bracelet on wedding day! No instructions on other jewelry you’d like to add!
– Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
– Wedding card – if applicable
– Ladies please arrive with your dresses already steamed to save time!

Gents!

– ALL Wedding day attire pieces: tux shoes or loafers, black socks (if loafers, no socks), black tux pants, white tux shirt, black bow tie, cufflinks, black button studs, optional suspenders, black tux jacket, white pocket square
– Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
– Wedding card – if applicable
– Danny: walks Sage down the aisle
– Justin: cooler duty for trolly ride
– Cole: Go-Pro duty at after party & returning it to the wedding planner (Jenna) at the end of the night!
