TIMELINE OF EVENTS

Friday, December 6th

3:30pm	Rehearsal at the church
6:30pm	Rehearsal dinner at the Graceful Ordinary

Saturday, December 7th

7:45am	Bridesmaids & moms arrive at Michelle’s House Brunch from Starbucks ordered to the house
8:30am	Hair + makeup services begin **see schedule below**
11:30am	Groomsmen arrive at David’s parent’s house to relax and hang out Lunch will be prepared
12:30pm	Photographer 1 arrives at Michelle’s house Photographer 2 arrives at David’s parent’s house ALL hair and makeup will be completed
12:50pm	Victoria & bridesmaids take a photo in their getting ready outfits
12:55pm	Victoria, bridesmaids & moms put on their dresses separately
1:20pm	Victoria’s first look with bridesmaids at the house
1:30pm	Victoria takes photos with each of her ladies individually David takes photos with each of his men individually
1:45pm	Victoria & the ladies are picked up from Victoria’s sister’s house by K&G Bus
2:00pm	Guests begin arriving at the church Program Passers (Trevor, Tristan, Travis & Kyle) go to ceremony site David & the guys are driven by family/friends Personal floral (bouquets/bouts) delivered to the church
2:05pm	Ladies arrive at the church and go to their room inside
2:10pm	Victoria’s first look with dad & brother near the church hangout room
2:15pm	Prelude music begins Bride’s grandmother is pre-sat
2:30pm	Ceremony begins Processional
3:15pm	Ceremony ends Immediately following end of ceremony pictures begin at the altar
3:30pm	“Grand exit” stair photo with parents, siblings, spouses & wedding party/spouses
3:35pm	Victoria, David, wedding party and parents (and all significant others) take wedding party shuttle to DWRC
3:55pm	Everyone arrives at DWRC Shuttle turns around & heads to Hotel Baker
4:05pm	Family pictures begin
5:00pm	Cocktail hour begins in Percheron Room
6:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the Gray Room
6:15pm	Victoria & David intro’d to the room First dance
6:20pm	Welcome and speech by the bride’s dad, Chris Blessing by Father Jim
6:30pm	Salads are served and bread baskets placed on the tables
7:20pm	After entrees are plated, speeches begin: 1. Combined Matron of Honor and Maid of Honor 2. Combined Best Man
7:50pm	Thank you speech by Victoria & David Father/daughter dance Mother/son dance Guests invited to dance floor and party begins!
11:00pm	Party’s over 🙁 After party at McNally’s

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULE:

Beauty Pointers!

– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair.
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair), unless your plan on a blowout. Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. unless your service includes a blowout
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker.
– Wear a button up shirt or a robe so you don’t mess up your makeup or hair when changing into your dress.
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty.
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them.
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication.
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day

Ladies!

1. Victoria will be providing getting ready PJ sets so come in comfy clothes but know you’re changing!
2. Wedding day outfit including appropriate bras/Spanx/undergarments
3. The gold bracelet from Victoria and preferably gold for all other jewelry
4. Nude colored heel
5. Preferably a cream, nude or pale pink nail polish
6. Clutch/purse with personal items/IDs, phone, lipstick, tissues, etc.
7. Wedding card – if applicable
8. Speech for dinner (or free style it — ideally please do not read off of your phone — says our wedding planner)

Gents!

1. Wedding day attire: shoes, socks, pants, belt, button down, tie-clip, cufflinks, button studs, bowtie and jacket
2. Cell phones, wallets and anything else you may keep in your pocket
3. Wedding card – if applicable
4. Speech for dinner (or free style it — ideally please do not read off of your phone — says our wedding planner)
