TIMELINE OF EVENTS

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 3

7:00am	Hair & Makeup team arrives to get set up in changing room #245
7:15am	Ketki, Nisha & Zalak arrive in changing room #245 for beauty
7:30am	Hair & makeup begins (please see ALL beauty schedules at the bottom of this page)
10:45am	Family begins arriving at the Haldi location — Sunset Terrace
11:00am	Haldi & lunch begins
12:00/12:30pm	Haldi ends
1:30pm	IV Treatments begin in a guest suite
1:45pm	Niya & Payal arrive in the changing room #245 for beauty. All other ladies PLEASE arrive no later than 15 minutes before your allotted hair and makeup slots (please see ALL beauty schedules at the bottom of this page)
2:00pm	Hair & makeup begins in the changing room #245
5:30pm	All family in photos arrive at the Grand Salon Patiosa

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 4

3:00am	Hair & Makeup team arrives to get set up
3:20am	Hair & makeup begins (please see ALL beauty schedules at the bottom of this page) → Zalak, Amy & Niya’s services are done in the bridal suite, ALL other services are done in the changing room #245
6:10am	After getting their hair & makeup done, Aadarsh’s mom & brother hang out with Aadarsh in the morning
7:00am	Zalak and Aadarsh’s first look
8:30am	Photos begin (before the Baraat) → Z&A + Bridesmaids  → Z&A + Bridesmaids & Groomsmen → Z&A + Groomsmen
9:00am	All photos are completed, Zalak hangs in a suite in the meantime, Aadarsh heads to Baraat
9:30am	Baraat begins
10:15am	After the Baraat, guests begin finding their seats for the ceremony Alpa has both the wedding rings/bands
10:30am	Ceremony begins in the Ballroom Common Outdoors
12:00pm	Ceremony concludes Photos begin, please find the photo list HERE Once your photos are completed, you can head to eat lunch
1:30pm	Vidaai begins (once all guests have had the chance to eat) → In same area where the baraat ended (same car as the baraat) → Wedding party’s attendance in this is optional
2:00pm	Lunch ends, BREAK TIME for guests → Amy & Niya arrive in the changing room #245 for beauty. All other ladies PLEASE arrive no later than 15 minutes before your allotted hair and makeup slots (please see ALL beauty schedules at the bottom of this page)
2:15pm	Hair & makeup begins in the changing room #245
4:45pm	Aadarsh and groomsmen meet in the hospitality suite to hangout/chill/get ready
5:30pm	Family in photos make their way to meet Zalak and Aadarsh

6:30pm	Cocktail hour begins in the indoor pre-function space and Ballroom Commons (outside) Wedding party and family are all part of the main cocktail hour
6:00pm	Private cocktail hour with Zalak & Aadarsh and their wedding party & their dates in the hospitality suite, immediate family can remain at the main cocktail hour
8:00pm	Cocktail hour ends and guests invited into the International Ballroom
8:20pm	Entrances begin into the room All entrances stay on the stage until bride + groom enter → Entrance #1: Atul, Nisha Amin (Bride’s parents) & Pushpa Amin (Bride’s Grandma) → Entrance #2: Jagdish Shah (Groom’s grandpa) → Entrance #3: Ketki (Groom’s mother), Noah and Leo Parikh (Groom’s nephews) → Entrance #4: Payal Amin (Bride’s sister) → Entrance #5: Kush and Niya Parikh (Groom’s brother and sister-in-law) → Entrance #6: Bridesmaids → Entrance #7: Groomsmen → Entrance #8: Aadarsh and Zalak Parikh Once Z&A are in the room, everyone sits down including wedding party
7:00pm	Program begins: → Zalak and Aadarsh say a welcome → Mother/son dance → Father/daughter dance → Speech by parents of the bride → Speech by mother of the groom → Z&A’s first dance → Speech by Payal → Bridesmaid dance performance → Speech by Kush → Groomsmen dance performance → Dance floor opens!!

HAIR & MAKEUP SCHEDULES

BEAUTY POINTERS

– For the Saturday evening appointments, PLEASE COME WITH YOUR MAKEUP ON FROM AM; ARTIST WILL CLEAN FACE; just change into evening blouse or button down
– Hair is best styled with clean (washed day/night before; shampoo 2x and apply condition to your ends only), product-free or limited product in hair
– IF applying serum/oils, avoid applying to the scalp area
– Hair should be completely dry (BLOW DRY, not air dry, and avoid sleeping with damp hair). Anyone with damp hair runs risk of being behind. Blowouts are not included in any hair services
– Part your hair where you think you’d most likely want to style it for the wedding day
– Leave hair down to avoid creases or flatness from a hair band
– Do not apply SPF moisturizers to your skin. You may still moisturize with a non SPF product. SPF causes makeup to fall off quicker
– Brush your teeth and put in your contacts prior to beginning your beauty
– It is helpful if each bridal party member has an inspirational image prepared to guide them
– Lipstick will not last all day & night. Pack a touch up lipstick or gloss for reapplication
– Pluck / maintain eyebrows before the wedding day
– Don’t forget to shave any areas that you want to be smooth/clean
