It’s time to bring it back to late October where the leaves were beginning to turn, perfectly in time for Samantha and Nick’s wedding day. The happy couple live in a beautiful house in Des Plaines so they spent the morning getting ready there, on opposite sides of their home. It was a relaxing and fun morning spent with friends from out of state. Samantha and Nick wanted a private first look in the comfort of their backyard before they joined their friends for a ride to their venue.
Samantha and Nick wanted a “fire” forward wedding with a lot of decor and other touches of fire-colors. Starting with Samantha’s freshly colored hair and painted nails, which both had streaks of reds, oranges and small bits of yellow in an ombre effect. Every inch of floral was in this same color scheme in a huge variety of colors and textures to resemble the life of a fire. The bridesmaid bouquets matched the bridesmaid’s long dresses and groomsmen’s ties. The colors were perfect for a fall wedding and it brightened up the Patrick Haley Mansion.
After the happy couple sealed the deal, they spent cocktail hour among their friends and family who traveled near and far for the big day. Guests were invited to take their seats to enjoy a 4 course dinner which ended with a chocolate fountain with an assortment of fresh fruits and other dippings. Then you can’t forget the dance party! Samantha and Nick were also able to do the horah which was something they were really looking forward to.
Congratulations once again to Samantha and Nick!
